Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn (if applicable), with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at iheartdiscounts@myyahoo.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
